               Pursuant to Committee of the Whole Rule 309(c), the Fiscal Year 2019 Local Budget Act of 2018 and the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget Support Act of 2018 will be circulated under separate cover by the Budget Director later this afternoon.  Thus, time for the meeting has been revised to 11:00 a.m. to give Members additional opportunity to review items for markup.  The additional legislative meeting will begin immediately following the Committee of the Whole meeting.

 

               Members are advised that I plan to discuss the pending budget recommendations with each of you throughout the course of the day Monday.  There are very few changes from the recommendations of each of the individual committees in the Committee Prints I will be circulating.  However, due to the lengthy certification process between the Budget Office and the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, the underlying budget documents will take some time.

 

               There are several items on tomorrow’s agenda to agendize for the June legislative meeting.  Draft
