               This is to give notice that at next Tuesday’s, July 10, 2018, legislative meeting I will move an amendment to the Council’s rules to permit the Committee of the Whole to hold a joint hearing or roundtable during summer 2018 recess.  Additionally, the amendment allows federal grant approvals for the University of the District of Columbia during the recess.  This is similar to a summer rules change the Council has enacted previously.
