Attached please find the hearing notice, witness list, Bill 23-91 as introduced, and the OIG’s prospective evaluation on Bill 23-91 for the Committee of the Whole’s upcoming public hearing on:

 

• Bill 23-91, “The Department of Buildings Establishment Act of 2019”
• Office Inspector General’s (OIG) Prospective Evaluation of Bill 23-91 and Evaluation of DCRA Business Processes

 

A second OIG report is forthcoming and will be sent out as soon as the Committee receives it.

 

The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. in Hearing Room 412.
