               Council Chairman Phil Mendelson announces a public hearing before the Committee of the Whole on Bill 23-399, the “O Street Wall Protection Act of 2019.” This hearing was recessed on January 23, 2020 and will reconvene at 1:00 p.m. (or immediately following the preceding hearing) on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 in Room 412 of the John A. Wilson Building.  Government witnesses from DDOT and DCRA will be in attendance.
