                I request that the following measure be placed on the agenda for the February 4, 2020 Legislative Meeting:

 

▪          PR 23-650, University of the District of Columbia, Contract No. GF-2020-C-0008 Approval Resolution of 2020

 

At the request of the University of the District of Columbia (UDC), this measure would approve

a cooperative agreement purchase between UDC and Jaggaer, LLC.  This agreement provides for the installation and implementation of E-Procurement technology software.  UDC will pay a one-time fee of $287,060 for software configuration, installation, and professional services, and $2,177,981 in annual subscription fees over a period of seven years.  In total, the proposed contract would cost $2,465,041.  Since this is a multi-year contract, the Council must approve the contract before UDC can execute it.
