               Council Chairman Phil Mendelson announces the reconvening of a performance oversight hearing before the Committee of Whole on the Office of Zoning and the Office of Planning.  The Committee will reconvene to hear from the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority at a later date to be determined.  The hearing was called to order and recessed on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.  The Committee will reconvene the hearing on Thursday, February 27, 2020, 12:15 p.m.  (or immediately following the preceding hearing) in Hearing Room 412 of the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
