Attached is the draft committee report and print for the Federal Portion Budget Act to be marked up at the Committee of the Whole.

 

Draft comments to the Fiscal Year 2021 Revised Budget Emergency Act which is also on the agenda will be forthcoming as the Budget Office completes the various ANS amendments working with the OCFO and the Executive.

 

Later this afternoon, we will circulate amendments in the nature of a substitute for:

• The Fiscal Year 2022 Local Budget Act (Bill 24-275)
• The Fiscal Year 2022 Local Budget Emergency Act (effectuating the permanent, Bill 24-281)
• The Fiscal Year 2021 Revised Local Budget Emergency Act (Bill 24-279)
• The Fiscal Year 2021 2^nd Revised Local Budget Temporary Act (Bill 24-361; the emergency was approved on July 20^th and the provisions of Bill 24-279 will be incorporated)
