Attached please find the draft witness list and hearing notice for the Committee of the Whole, Committee on Business and Economic Development, and Committee on the Judiciary and Public Safety’s upcoming joint hearing on:

 

• Bill 24-113, Medical Cannabis Amendment Act of 2021
• Bill 24-118, Comprehensive Cannabis Legalization and Regulation Act of 2021

 

The hearing is scheduled for Friday, November 19, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom. The hearing will be broadcast on the Council’s website, Channel 13 (Cable TV), and the Chairman’s website.
