RE:                       Notice of intent to move emergency legislation at the May 30, 2023 Additional Legislative Meeting

 

                             

            The following measures are placed the May 30, 2023 additional legislative meeting agenda:

 

§  PR 25-151, Fiscal Year 2023 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Emergency Declaration Resolution of 2023

§  Bill 25-205, Fiscal Year 2023 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Emergency Act of 2023

§  Bill 25-206, Fiscal Year 2023 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Temporary Act of 2023

 

            The measures listed above were introduced at the request of the Mayor on March 22, 2023 to support the Fiscal Year 2024 budget package.  A primary purpose is to move dollars between Fiscal Years 2023 and 2024 to balance the Fiscal Year 2024 budget and financial plan.

 

            Please note that I will move an Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (ANS) for each of these items at next week’s meeting; the ANS versions will circulate on Friday, May 26.
