Attached please find the draft witness list for the Committee of the Whole and Committee on the Judiciary and Public Safety upcoming public hearing on:

• Bill 25-309, “Special Education for Young Adults in the Custody of the Department of Corrections Amendment Act of 2023”

 

• Bill 25-461, “Leading Education Access for Reentry and Necessary Success Amendment Act of 2023”

 

The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 16^th, 2024 at 11:00 AM via Zoom.

The hearing notice, final witness list, and all received testimony can be accessed through the Hearing Management System at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings. We are waiting for executive witnesses and the final witness list will be on HMS 24 hours before the hearing.
