Attached please find an amendment to Bill 25-972, the “Medical Cannabis Conditional License and Unlicensed Establishment Closure Clarification Emergency Amendment Act of 2024,” that the Chairman intends to move at tomorrow’s legislative meeting.

 

The amendment expands the activities that warrant summary closure and padlocking of an unlicensed cannabis establishment to include the distribution or attempted distribution of Schedule I substances or products containing Schedule I substances as enumerated in D.C. Official Code § 48-902.04.
