Pursuant to Committee of the Whole Rule 303(a), Chairman Mendelson is calling an Additional Meeting of the Committee of the Whole on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, Room 500.  The agenda is attached.  

 

Non-Budget Items for markup will be posted tomorrow and the Local Budget Act and Budget Support Act will be posted on Sunday.  Please note: The Committee of the Whole is marking up the LBA and the BSA, so amendments to either should be moved, debated, and voted on during Committee of the Whole consideration, not at the Legislative Meeting.  This ensures that the legislative record will be memorialized in the Committee of the Whole Committee Report.
