RE:                      Notice of intent to move emergency legislation at the July 28, 2025 Additional Legislative Meeting

 

                             

The following measures are placed on the July 28, 2025, additional legislative meeting agenda:

 

§  PR 26-211, Fiscal Year 2025 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Emergency Declaration Resolution of 2025

§  Bill 26-263, Fiscal Year 2025 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Emergency Act of 2025

§  Bill 26-264, Fiscal Year 2025 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Temporary Act of 2025

 

            The measures listed above were introduced at the request of the Mayor on May 27, 2025 to support the Fiscal Year 2026 budget package. Those introductions are attached here.

 

Please note that I will move an Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (ANS) for each of these items at next week’s meeting. The ANS versions will circulate on July 27, 2025.
