The following measure is placed on the agenda for the January 20, 2026 Additional Legislative Meeting.

Council of the District of Columbia Member, At-Large Appointment Resolution of 2026

This resolution appoints an individual to serve in the vacant Member, At-Large seat on the Council caused by the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie. This individual will serve on the Council in this capacity through the certification of the results of the special election that will take place in June 2026 to fill the seat for the remainder of Councilmember McDuffie’s term.
