The draft reports and prints for the Fiscal Year 2025 Local Budget Act and Budget Support Act are now available at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/Hearings/hearings/435 in advance of tomorrow’s additional meeting of the Committee of the Whole.  Please refer to the charts in the LBA report to see changes made to the Chairman’s mark.

 

As a reminder, the Local Budget Act and the Budget Support Act are on the COW agenda for purposes of debate and amendments (if any).  To the extent that there is debate or amendments, that should all occur during Committee consideration so that any changes can be incorporated into the Committee Report followed by adoption on the consent agenda at the subsequent Legislative Meeting.
