Attached, please find an amendment that the Chairman intends to move at tomorrow’s legislative meeting.  As indicated in the rationale, the purpose of the amendment is to make further changes to make clear what documents are being approved by the Council, and for how long.  There are no substantive changes, only further clarifications.  The rationale references a letter the Council received from the Mayor containing the updated signed option period extensions (each one page) of the Amerihealth and Blue Cross which are the versions Council will be voting to approve in addition to the new MedStar contract.  This letter and the attachments will also be appended to the record in LIMS.
