Thanks, Sheila.  Is it accurate to also state that (1) the document was filed under seal because of the protective order that the CAB issued in the proceeding; (2) OAG is working with the protestor’s attorneys to agree on any redactions that may be appropriate to make to the document and that after that process is complete, a redacted version of the document will be available to the public, and (3) that is the process the parties have followed with other filings in the proceeding?
