Staff Draft of Comp Plan Framework

Attached, please find a “Staff Draft” reflecting the work of the Committee of the Whole on the framework element of the Comprehensive Plan (Bill 23-1).  Chairman Mendelson committed to providing the draft a week in advance of the planned markup.  This draft is public and will form the basis of what the Committee will circulate next Monday in preparation for our planned markup of the draft committee print on July 9.  A draft committee report will also be circulated at that time.  7.2.19-COW-Staff-Working-Draft-Framework-Element-Amendments.pdf
