Please see the attached Amendment #3 from the Chairman to the ANS for Bill 25-784. This amendment will increase the amount of a grant that may be made by the Commission on Arts and Humanities (CAH), because the calculation of the organization’s grant (as a percentage of its budget) will be based only on the CAH’s action, and will not include grants from any other government agencies. An additional benefit is that this amendment will simplify the grant application

Please see the attached Amendment #2 from the Chairman to the ANS for Bill 25-784. This amendment strikes language that would tax bonds issued by territories of the United States, as federal law exempts these bonds from federal and state taxes.
