Amendment to Bill 24-1145

All,

Attached is an amendment that the Chairman will be moving to Bill 24-1145, the “District of Columbia Housing Authority Stabilization and Reform Temporary Amendment Act of 2022” at the legislative meeting on Tuesday. It’s a technical amendment that clarifies that any vacancies nominated by the Mayor are subject to a 90-day review period, as referenced in Sec. 11a(b)(1).

Amendment to Bill 24-924

I have attached an amendment to Bill 24-924, the “Protecting Adjacent and Adjoining Property Owners from Construction Damage Amendment Act of 2022,” that the Chairman will be moving tomorrow.
