On Thursday September 19, 2019 Chairman Mendelson, along with Mayor Muriel Bowser and DC Chief Financial Officer Jeff DeWitt testified in the House Rayburn Building in support of H.R. 51 — which would make the District of Columbia the 51st State. “We step up.
