DC Council to Hold Public Hearing on Initiative 77

The DC Council Committee of the Whole has announced a public hearing on Initiative 77 to be held on Monday September 17.  Specifically, the hearing is on Bill 22-913, the “Tipped Workers Fairness Amendment Act of 2018,” which would repeal the Initiative. Chairman Mendelson released the following statement regarding the upcoming hearing

 

 

 

 

UPDATED: Fiscal Year 2019 Budget and Financial Plan

Good evening – It has come to our attention that one of the charts in the LBA report is missing about 20 entries.  Attached is a replacement chart of all council-wide budget modifications; please use it to replace the chart on pages 58-61 of the LBA Report.
