Attached, please find an amendment sheet for the COVID-19 Response Supplemental Emergency Act of 2020 that Chairman Mendelson intends to move.  The amendment addresses a concern expressed by several that the benefit of a mortgage deferral should flow to rent relief for both commercial tenants and residential tenants.  There are also three minor technical edits from the Executive and OAG with regard to Utilities, CBE Goals, and Debt Collection.  Please contact me if you have any questions.
