Please see attached an updated draft representing the entirety of the policy matters agreed upon. This was done in consultation with other Members and the Executive including the Mayor, City Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, and the Attorney General. We only expect edits for drafting and technical matters before we file the introduction tomorrow. An updated emergency declaration is also attached.
We will not be able to vet any additional matters for inclusion in the introduced version of the bill because it is necessary for the General Counsel and the Budget Director to prepare a legal sufficiency determination and a fiscal impact statement. It is also necessary to prepare the final temporary act incorporating both the first and second COVID bills.
