               I request that the following measure be placed on the agenda for the June 5, 2018 Legislative Meeting:

 

▪        PR 22-854, “University of the District of Columbia, Multi-Year License Agreement Contract No. GF-2018-C-0031, between UDC-TV and Ambrose Video Publishing, Inc. Approval Resolution of 2018

 

At the request of the University of the District of Columbia (UDC), this measure would approve

a three-year licensing agreement, which runs from the date of the contract execution, between UDC-TV and Ambrose Video Publishing, Inc. UDC will pay a one-time fee of $33,840.00 to Ambrose Video Publishing for the right to stream 222 programs on UDC-TV’s channel.  Since this is a multi-year contract, the Council must approve the contract before UDC can fully execute it.
