Pursuant to section 403(i)(2) of the Community Schools Incentive Act of 2012, effective June 19, 2012 (D.C. Law 19-142; D.C. Official Code § 38-754(i)(2)) and Subtitle I of Title IV of the Budget Support Act of 2026, the Community Schools Task Force is charged with providing recommendations to the Council on designing, implementing and scaling Community Schools implementation across the District.
