Attached, please see an amendment to Bill 24-140that Chairman Mendelson intends to move at Tuesday’s legislative meeting.
This will allow for nonprofit associations and cooperative associations to continue to meet virtually through the life of the Temporary Act (approximately the end of this calendar year) regardless of whether the public health emergency is still in effect. A nonprofit professional association contacted several offices to bring up this issue. The amendment
