Attached, please find an amendment sheet for the COVID-19 Response Supplemental Emergency Act of 2020 that Chairman Mendelson intends to move. The amendment addresses a concern expressed by several that the benefit of a mortgage deferral should flow to rent relief for both commercial tenants and residential tenants.
