Attached is the final document. We are running one more check for technical edits at an OGC level before I file the emergency bill, declaration, and temporary. We are past pencils down for any new proposals. The text the enrolled version of the March 17th emergency will be moved as an amendment to the temporary tomorrow so that provisions of both emergencies will align into a single temporary that will be used for future CRE purposes.
