Agendize Measures for the January 2, 2025 Organizational Meeting

An updated version of the Rules is attached as well as an updated Committee Membership resolution.  Councilmember Robert White is moved from the Committee on Facilities to the Committee on Human Services.

In the updated rules, the following 3 changes have been made:

  • 241 Committee on Youth Affairs: Clarifies that the Ombudsperson for Children is in CYA’s purview.
  • 234/241: Clarification of joint oversight structure for DOB and OAG respectively.
  • 371 Open Meetings: New subparagraph (c)(1)(C).

All of the organizing resolutions have been filed so any additional changes will require an amendment.
