 Attached please find the measures as introduced, hearing notice, and witness list for the Committee of the Whole’s upcoming public roundtable on:

• PR 23-919, the “Managed Care Organizations Disapproval Resolution of 2020”

 

The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Noon via Zoom. 

 

While this is a roundtable of the Committee of the Whole, all hearing logistics subsequent to this circulation will be handled by Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie’s staff.  Please contact Brian McClure on CM McDuffie’s staff regarding any background, logistics, or if any Councilmembers which to attend.
