            The following measures are placed on the agenda for the September 17, 2024 Additional Legislative Meeting:

 

§  Contract No. PO-GF-2024-C-0001-NJH with Ellucian Company LLC Emergency Declaration Resolution of 2024

§  Contract No. PO-GF-2024-C-0001-NJH with Ellucian Company LLC Emergency Approval Resolution of 2024

 

This contract is between Ellucian Company LLC (Ellucian) and The University of District of Columbia (UDC) in the amount of $3,181,429 for a period of 36 months from date of the award. Under the proposed contract, Ellucian will renew and provide software licensing, application hosting, and maintenance to support UDC’s Banner Enterprise Resource Planning system that houses UDC’s financial management system, including student records, vendor and student payment information, and class enrollment management. There are no option periods. This contract requires active Council approval as it exceeds one year.  It is being moved on an emergency basis because UDC needs the contract in place before the period of performance begins on October 1, 2024.
