RE:                  Notice of intent to move an amendment in the nature of a substitute at the July 28, 2025 Additional Legislative Meeting

 

This memorandum serves as notice that I intend to move an amendment in the nature of a substitute (ANS) for the following measures at the additional legislative meeting scheduled for Monday, July 28, 2025.

 

§  PR26-210, Fiscal Year 2026 Local Budget Emergency Declaration Resolution of 2025

§  Bill 26-262, Fiscal Year 2026 Local Budget Emergency Act of 2025

 

The ANS will make the Fiscal Year 2026 Local Budget Emergency Act reflect the Fiscal Year 2026 Local Budget Act permanent measure.
