FINAL Covid Draft

Attached is the final document.  We are running one more check for technical edits at an OGC level before I file the emergency bill, declaration, and temporary.  We are past pencils down for any new proposals.  The text the enrolled version of the March 17th emergency will be moved as an amendment to the temporary tomorrow so that provisions of both emergencies will align into a single temporary that will be used for future CRE purposes.  Again, Continue Reading

UPDATED Coronavirus Part 2 bill (4/5 circulation)

Please see attached an updated draft representing the entirety of the policy matters agreed upon.  This was done in consultation with other Members and the Executive including the Mayor, City Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, and the Attorney General.  We only expect edits for drafting and technical matters before we file the introduction tomorrow.  An updated emergency declaration is also attached.

UPDATED Coronavirus Part 2 bill (4/4 circulation)

UPDATED COVID Supplemental

Please see attached today’s update along with a section-by-section summary.  There were two provisions related to collective bargaining and public safety personnel disciple which were removed.  There are a few new or revised sections as indicated in the summary.  A lot of the changes were drafting.
