RE:           Placement of Measure on the Agenda for the December 1, 2020 Legislative Meeting

 

Please place the following measure on the agenda for the December 1, 2020 Legislative Meeting:

 

§  PR23-1023, the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget Submission Requirements Resolution of 2020

 

This is the Council’s annual list of requirements related to the transmittal of the Mayor’s proposed budget.  The measure includes the date by which the Mayor shall submit the proposed budget, and the information and documentation that must accompany the proposal.

 

Please let me or Jen Budoff know immediately if you want any changes to the resolution.  This is the vehicle by which Members and committees can improve the information contained in the budget books and upon which we rely as we consider next year’s budget.

 

The proposed resolution, as introduced on November 13, 2020, is attached.  Please contact Jennifer Budoff, Council Budget Director, at 724-5689 if you have any questions.
