 Attached please find the draft witness list, bill as introduced, and hearing notice for the Committee of the Whole’s upcoming hearing on:

• Bill 23-489, “Intra-District Transfer Limitation Amendment Act of 2019”
• Unfunded Spending Initiatives and Deficiency Spending

The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 120.  However, please note that the hearing will likely be recessed after convening to be continued on a day yet to be determined.
