RE:         Notice of intent to move emergency legislation at the June 23, 2026 Additional Legislative Meeting

 

                             

The following measures are placed on the June 23, 2026, additional legislative meeting agenda:

 

• PR 26-640, Fiscal Year 2026 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Emergency Declaration Resolution of 2026
• Bill 26-662, Fiscal Year 2026 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Emergency Act of 2026
• Bill 26-663, Fiscal Year 2026 Revised Local Budget Adjustment Temporary Act of 2026

 

            The measures listed above were introduced at the request of the Mayor on April 14, 2026 to support the Fiscal Year 2027 budget package. Those introductions are attached here.

 

Please note that I will move an Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (ANS) for each of these items at next week’s meeting. The ANS versions will circulate on June 22, 2026.
